If you've placed an order

We can't help with orders, and we don't want to waste your time pretending otherwise. Wellness Petal doesn't sell, ship or bill for any product. When you buy through a link on this site, your order is with the merchant.

For anything to do with delivery, tracking, returns, refunds, cancellations, guarantees or a charge on your statement, contact the merchant's customer service directly — their details are on your order confirmation email and on their website. They can act on your order. We can't.

If you've tried the merchant and got nowhere, email us anyway and we'll pass it to our contact there. No promises, but it sometimes helps.
