The short version. We don't ask you to create an account and we don't sell your personal information. We do use analytics and session-recording tools that record how pages are used, and we earn commission when you buy through our links. Details below.
This policy explains how {{South Beach}} ("we", "us") handles information when you visit wellnesspetal.com (the "Site").
We do not ask you to register, and we do not knowingly collect names, postal addresses or payment details on this Site. What we do collect falls into three groups.
If you email us, we hold your email address and whatever you write to us for as long as we need it to reply and keep a record of the exchange.
We use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors interact with the Site, including mouse movement, scrolling, taps and clicks, and reconstructs those interactions as session playbacks and heatmaps. This helps us find broken buttons and pages that don't work on particular devices. Clarity masks text input by default, and we do not use it to identify individuals. Microsoft's handling of this data is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
We use ClickFlare to measure which advertisements and pages lead to clicks and purchases. This uses cookies and URL parameters to attribute activity to a campaign, not to build a profile of you as a person.
We buy traffic through advertising networks, including Adskeeper. Those networks set their own cookies and use their own identifiers under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. When you leave the Site, the destination site's privacy policy governs what happens next.
Pages on this Site contain affiliate links. If you follow one and make a purchase, we may receive a commission from the merchant at no additional cost to you. The merchant — not us — collects and processes your order, payment and shipping information under its own privacy policy. We never see your card details.
Cookies and similar technologies are used for the analytics and attribution purposes described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the Site may not work correctly if you do. Most mobile browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" or tracking-prevention setting, which we honour where your browser communicates it.
We do not use this information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not build advertising profiles for sale.
We share information with the service providers named above — analytics, attribution and advertising platforms — and with affiliate networks that record whether a click led to a purchase. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information for money.
Analytics and session data are retained according to the providers' own schedules; Microsoft Clarity currently retains recordings for a limited period and deletes them automatically. Campaign and attribution records are kept for as long as needed to reconcile commissions and resolve disputes.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, opt out of its sale or sharing, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
California residents. Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected, request deletion, and opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising. To exercise any of these, email {{info@southbeachskinlab.com}} with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will verify your request by replying to the address you contact us from.
You can also opt out of Clarity's collection by using your browser's tracking protection or a content blocker.
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with information, email {{info@southbeachskinlab.com}} and we will delete it.
The Site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of the page will change when we do.
